Slirp

Slirp emulates a SLIP or PPP connection over any arbitrary TTY or through any getty connection, in other words, it is a PPP "driver" that runs entirely as a user process. In many ways, it's the only possibility to connect a Palm Pilot to the Internet when you don't have root access.
